A swatch hides most of what a carpet will do in your room
A sample the size of a playing card tells you colour and not much else. Pile that looks calm under showroom lights can read busy across a whole living room, and a shade that matched the paint can go flat next to a west window in the afternoon. Many carpet regrets start with a decision made from a swatch alone.
The other decision is how hard the room works. A guest bedroom and a stair hall, a rental and a family room with dogs: they do not ask the same things of a fibre. Work out who walks there and how often before you fall for a colour, because that answer narrows the field faster than any brochure.

Walk the racks, then match the carpet to the room
At our warehouse on Highway 412 West in Tontitown, over 300 rolls of carpet sit on green steel racks, labelled and ready to pull. Some of our preeminent carpets are Shaw ClearTouch, Stainmaster, Anso and Wear-Dated DuPont Sorona. You stand in front of the actual roll instead of guessing from a catalogue page.
The lines we distribute run from Shaw, Mohawk and Aladdin to Kane, Dreamweaver, Pentz, Wunda Weve, Tuftex, Philadelphia, Horizon, Queens and Beaulieu United. Our knowledgeable sales staff can help with selection and measurements, so you leave knowing the carpet suits the room and the room has been measured properly.
Installation is ours as well. Our expert technicians meet all manufacturer specifications and pay attention to the details that show at seams and along the walls. Planning a DIY job instead? We distribute carpet pads, tools and supplies, including tack strip and seam tape, so the whole job can leave the store together.
Chapter 03
Keeping it right after the installers leave
New carpet asks for a little patience. Fresh pile sheds loose fibre in the first weeks, and vacuuming it up is normal rather than a sign that something went wrong. Move furniture now and then so the same few spots do not take every footstep, and give heavy pieces wide feet or cups.
The pad under it matters as much as the face. A good pad takes the pounding the surface would otherwise absorb, which is why we sell pads right beside the rolls. If a seam lifts or a room starts to ripple, call 479-361-2551 and talk to the people who laid it.
